How does wallet credit work?
Add credit from the Wallet page. Your balance is used to pay for orders. If you need more credit during checkout, you’ll be directed to your wallet.
When will my order start?
Timing depends on the service. Review the delivery estimate on the service page before ordering. Estimates are not guaranteed completion times.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Open Orders in your dashboard to view each order’s status and available progress information.
Can I cancel an order?
Some services accept cancellation requests. When it is available, you’ll find the option on the order page while delivery is still underway.
